At artsNprints, every acrylic name plate is custom-made with precision and care. Since each product is personalized as per customer specifications, we follow a transparent return and refund policy.
Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting our support team at 9036882889.

Once the design has been approved for production or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
Returns

As name plates are customized products, we do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect, damage during transit, or an error from our end.

Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery by sharing photos/videos of the defect/damage with our support team.
Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

If replacement is preferred, we will remake and dispatch the name plate at no additional cost.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges

Exchanges are only available in case of size, design, or engraving errors caused by us.

If the error is from customer input (wrong spelling, incorrect size given), we can remake the product at a discounted rate.
