At artsNprints, every acrylic name plate is made to order with your chosen design, text, size, and language. To maintain accuracy and ensure a smooth experience, we follow a transparent cancellation and returns policy.
Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once the design preview has been approved and sent for production, cancellation is not possible.

Returns

Since products are customized, returns are accepted only if:

The product is damaged in transit.

There is a manufacturing defect.

The engraving/design does not match the approved preview.

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof.
Refunds & Replacements

If a return is approved, customers may choose between a refund or a free replacement.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

If the mistake is from customer input (wrong spelling, incorrect size), replacements can be made at a discounted remake cost.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side.
Exchanges
