Welcome to AcrylicNamePlates.artsNprints.com, a platform of artsNprints – Newtech Corporation of India. By accessing or placing an order through our website, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Products & Customization

  • All acrylic name plates are custom-made as per customer specifications.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate details (names, spellings, sizes, languages, and fonts).

  • A pre-production preview will be shared for approval before production. Once approved, no further changes can be made.

2. Orders & Payments

  • Orders can be placed online through our website or via WhatsApp support at 9036882889.

  • Full payment is required to confirm the order.

  • We accept secure online payments through trusted gateways (UPI, cards, net banking). Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We provide doorstep delivery across India.

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM are usually dispatched the same day.

  • Delivery timelines: Bangalore (next-day), metro cities (3–5 days), other locations (5–7 days).

  • Delivery delays due to courier services, natural disasters, or strikes are beyond our control.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Since products are personalized, returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects, wrong engraving, or transit damage.

  • Refunds/exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, and content on this website are the property of ArtsNPrints – Newtech Corporation of India.

  • Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or copying of our designs is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • While we ensure high-quality products, we are not liable for:

    • Incorrect information provided by the customer.

    • Installation errors caused by the customer.

    • Delays due to third-party courier services.

7. Privacy & Data Security

  • We respect your privacy. All customer data is protected under our [Privacy Policy].

  • Payment details are processed securely and never stored by us.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
